Welcome to an experiment in sharing a life not only in words but in photos: the times, places, and people who have contributed to making one writer who he is.

I wrote a poem (it's in my Chapbook) once, in which I said that I was my father's sun. He was so proud of me, and I'm sure it hurt him when I later left the NavCads without getting my wings. That story, too, is all in my A World Ago blog.
If two people can inhabit one body without being schizophrenic, I qualify. Dorien Grey/Roger Margason qualifies. Roger, my birth name, handles the details of daily life (eating, sleeping, paying bills, etc.). Dorien spends his time writing books and blogs and, whenever possible largely ignoring reality. Both of us are on a endless Don Quixote-like quest for more readers, and would be delighted to have you as one of them.
